  • Authentication & Login: Your Discord ID, username, and email are used to securely authenticate you and maintain your session
  • User Identification: Your Discord username and email help us identify you within the system and maintain your profile
  • VTC Management: Your VTC information is stored and displayed to help organize and manage virtual trucking company affiliations
  • Notifications: Your email and username are used to send you important notifications about your bookings, event updates, and system announcements
  • Booking Management: Your data is used to process, track, and manage your slot bookings for events

Data Protection & Third Parties

We do NOT share your personal data with any third parties.

Your information is stored securely on our servers and is only accessible to authorized administrators who need it to manage the booking system. Your data will never be sold, rented, or disclosed to any external organizations, marketing companies, or other third parties.

The only exception is our integration with Discord for authentication purposes. When you log in using Discord, some basic profile information is retrieved directly from Discord to authenticate you. This is handled directly between you and Discord according to their privacy policy.
